OVERNACHTING

Een rugbytornooi hoeft niet noodzakelijk duur te zijn. Op ons tornooi, slaapt iedereen in comfortabele tenten welke juist naast de terreinen zijn geplaatst. Dit alles geeft ons tornooi een unieke sfeer.

We now have to be strict about teams not staying ON the premises. In recent years we have seen far too often that teams who stay in hotels, and for example do not qualify for the Cup on Sunday simply don't show up the next day! This ruins our format and the fun for the teams that are present. On top of that most teams with hotel-accommodation prefer (of course) staying in hotels in Antwerp, Brussels or Gent, and by doing so experience important traffic problems on their transfers to our Tournament.
You should know that our tournament has gained its reputation thanks to the good organisation which includes a well planned agenda with a very strict schedule (well announced beforehand). The games schedule, great evening-atmosphere (on all 3 nights) and the marvellous "Theme party" on the saturday make this a truly unique event.
Taking into consideration our past experience and in order for the tournament to be a success, we are now convinced that this is only possible if all the teams stay onsite in the accommodation that we provide around the grounds; hence this mandatory new rule that a minimum of 2 nights onsite is required.

Principe: Met hoe meer mensen men komt en hoe langer men blijft, hoe goedkoper het wordt.

MAALTIJDEN

Zaterdagavond Barbecue: 14 euro per persoon.
Doorlopend voedingsstanden open (Broodjes, hamburgers, pasta, frituur)

Luchtmatrassen te koop indien nodig: 12 euro
