TENTS

A rugbytournament doesn't necessary have to be expensive. On our tournament, everybody sleeps in large and comfortable tents around the pitch. This provides us with a unique tournament-atmosphere.

We now have to be strict about teams not staying ON the premises. In recent years we have seen far too often that teams who stay in hotels, and for example do not qualify for the Cup on Sunday simply don't show up the next day! This ruins our format and the fun for the teams that are present. On top of that most teams with hotel-accommodation prefer (of course) staying in hotels in Antwerp, Brussels or Gent, and by doing so experience important traffic problems on their transfers to our Tournament.
You should know that our tournament has gained its reputation thanks to the good organisation which includes a well planned agenda with a very strict schedule (well announced beforehand). The games schedule, great evening-atmosphere (on all 3 nights) and the marvellous "Theme party" on the saturday make this a truly unique event.
Taking into consideration our past experience and in order for the tournament to be a success, we are now convinced that this is only possible if all the teams stay onsite in the accommodation that we provide around the grounds; hence this mandatory new rule that a minimum of 2 nights onsite is required.
Principle: The more people you're with and the longer you stay, the cheaper it gets.

THE FESTIHUT

Don't want to sleep in tents anymore?

Our Festihut offers the solution! A Festihut is a cosy little weatherproof wooden hut with a locking door, a small window and equipped with beds and mattresses. Enjoy a carefree visit to the tournament in the pleasant "Festi-village". You can leave the key to your Festihut at the reception area, at the entrance to the Festi-village, and then enjoy the tournament at your ease.

• 1 Festihut = 4 persons
• Dimensions: 3 m x 2.5 m (7.5 m)
• All equipped with a free-standing roof
• Locking door (with 2 keys)
• Min. 1 window (with locking shutter)
• Festihut floor min. 10 cm above the foundation
• Set up with bunk beds and mattresses
• 1 rechargeable lantern/Festihut (there is light but no electricity in the Festihut)

TARIFFS

80 euro per person for 3 nights.
It's impossible to rent a Festihut for only 1 or 2 nights!

MEALS

Saturday-night Barbecue: 15,00 euro per person.
Foodstands open permanently (Sandwiches, hamburgers, paste, and chips)

AIR MATTRESSES

For sale if necessary: 12 euro
