Directions

Dendermonde is fairly easy to reach, depending which means of transport you would be using. The village is situated exactly in the middle of the "golden triangle" Brussels-Ghent-Antwerp.


Coming by car from Antwerp

  • Take direction Ghent (E17 motorway) and leave the motorway at exit 14 Hamme/Dendermonde
  • Take the 41 direction Dendermonde
  • Cross the river Durme and later the river Schelde
  • At the traffic light just past the Schelde bridge you go right till the next traffic light
  • At the traffic light you go left till the roundabout
  • Take left direction Brussels over the railway bridge
  • Follow this road till the church in the center of Sint-Gillis Dendermonde (about 500 m)
  • Take a right just before the church into the Van Langenhovestraat
  • The pitch and clubhouse are situated at the "Petrus Verhelst Sportcomplex" which is in the Van Langenhovestraat at your left hand side after 500 m.

Coming by car from the Brussels Ring

  • You take the exit 10 Asse/Zellik
  • Follow road 9 direction Asse
  • Past the town of Asse you follow road 47, direction Dendermonde
  • After you have passed through Lebbeke you will pass the church of Sint-Gillis Dendermonde
  • Take a left just passed the church into the Van Langenhovestraat
  • The pitch and clubhouse are situated at the "Petrus Verhelst Sportcomplex" which is in the Van Langenhovestraat at your left hand side after 500 m.

Coming by car from Ghent

  • Take E17 direction Antwerpen and leave leave the motorway at exit 12 Lokeren/Zele, Direction Zele
  • Follow the main road 47 direction Dendermonde till Grembergen
  • Hold right at the roundabout direction Dendermonde over the Schelde bridge
  • At the traffic light just past the Schelde bridge you go straight ahead till the next roundabout
  • Take left direction Brussels over the railway bridge
  • After about 500 meters you will arrive at the church of Sint-Gillis Dendermonde
  • Take a right just before the church into the Van Langenhovestraat
  • The pitch and clubhouse are situated at the "Petrus Verhelst Sportcomplex" which is in the Van Langenhovestraat at your left hand side after 500 m.

The airport train station is located below the terminal (basement level-1). Up to 4 trains an hour connect the airport to Brussels North where you have direct train services to Dendermonde.
From the airport, please take the train to Brussels-North. Then you take the train to Dendermonde There are two trains per hour, and from the railway station in Dendermonde it is just a five minutes walk from the tournament-site.
